Order

Why haven't I received an order confirmation via e-mail?

If you have placed an order with Poster Store but have not received an order confirmation via e-mail, it may be that your e-mail address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us via our contact form and we  can update the information so that you receive your order confirmation.

How do I know that my order was registered?

An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered during the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam inbox. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive an order confirmation.

If you have still not received the order confirmation after checking the spam inbox and waiting for 24 hours, we recommend that you contact us via our contact form so that we can investigate this for you.

What happens when I enter the wrong email address?

If you have entered incorrect information such as delivery address, e-mail address or telephone number, you can contact our customer service as soon as possible so that they can change the information before your order is sent out. Please note that you may be responsible for any additional costs if your package is sent out before you contact our customer service and the incorrect information affects the delivery of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form . Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, as our package and shipping department works as quickly as possible to get the packages sent out to our customers.

Can I make changes to my order after I have completed it?

We know you want to get your products home as quickly as possible. As soon as you've completed your order, we'll get started! This therefore means that we are not able to make changes to your order as it is already being processed in the warehouse (usually within seconds).

How can I place a company order?

We are currently not able to process company or business orders. However, we are looking into having this in the future.

What do I do if my package and products arrive damaged?

If your package and products arrived in a damaged state, contact us via our contact form  as soon as possible with pictures of both the damaged package and the damaged products. You can add the pictures to the contact form. As soon as we receive the pictures of the damaged package and the damaged products, we can handle your inquiry. Please do not send the damaged products back to us at your own expense.

What do I do if I have received the wrong products?

Please double-check the order confirmation to see what you have ordered. Contact us if you have not received what you ordered .

The acrylic glass is out of focus. How is that possible?

The acrylic glass in our frames is protected by plastic film on both sides. Don't forget to remove it before using it. We use this to protect the acrylic glass during storage and transport.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is 2 to 4 working days, calculated from the day after you place your order.

IMPORTANT: Due to a high volume of parcels processed by our delivery partners at the moment, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest collection point if it cannot be delivered to your home address.

What delivery methods do you offer?

For deliveries to Norway, we use the shipping company Bring, where your package is sent to a pick-up point near you.

What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over NOK 499. For orders under NOK 499, you will be charged a fee of NOK 69.

How can I track my package?

Your order is packed and sent out as soon as possible. When the package is picked up by the shipping company, we will activate your tracking number, and you will receive an email with the tracking link. If you do not receive the tracking link, you can contact us via our contact form .

Do I have to pay tolls?

Poster Store works want or expect you to pay toll. You only pay what you pay at the till, and no further deductions or fees are required.

Why is my tracking link not active?

As soon as your order has been sent out from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link in a delivery confirmation via e-mail. Please note that it may take 48 hours from the time you receive the delivery confirmation until the tracking link is active.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

For goods that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods, we charge a fee of SEK 200 to cover our packaging fee and costs for return shipping.

 

 

Return

Can I return my order?

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy for products purchased at posterstore.no.

 

Can I return frames that you unpacked?

After the frames have been removed from their original packaging, you cannot return them. We only accept products like yours in their original condition.

If the frames are still in their original packaging and you want to return them, read the information below, under "How do I make a return?".

How do I make a return?

Please note that the return is sent back to Sweden.

Register your return via the link below. When your return is registered, you will receive instructions and address information via email.

CREATE RETURN  

 

The return cost is SEK 49. You do not pay this fee at the Bring office, but it will be deducted from your refund. If the order no longer meets the conditions for promotional codes/discount codes, the cost can be adjusted accordingly and any deposit deducted from your refund.

The return process can take up to 14 days from the time you deliver the return package to the shipping company. As soon as the return is received and handled, we register the refund and send you a confirmation of this via e-mail. Keep the receipt from your return as proof of the return, until the return confirmation from us has been sent to you via e-mail.

Can I exchange products?

If you wish to exchange received products for something else, it is treated as a normal return. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging and condition. We will refund you as soon as we receive the products. You can then complete a new purchase in our online store.

If you are missing or have questions about your invoice, you can call Klarna on their telephone support: 21 01 89 91.

Klarna invoice

If you have chosen to pay with a Klarna invoice, the invoice will be sent from Klarna to you via e-mail. The invoice is sent the same day that we ship your order from our warehouse, or the day after. You have 30 days to pay the invoice.

Klarna Account

If you have chosen to pay with Klarna Konto, which involves installment payments, then Klarna will send an invoice by mail after the month. You can choose whether you want to pay everything immediately or wait.

Klarna campaign payment in "selected month"

If you have selected Klarna campaign payment in "selected month", the invoice will be sent to your mailbox at the end of the selected month. For example, if you choose Klarna campaign payment in October, the invoice will be sent to your mailbox at the end of October.< <br>

Klarna 'partial payment 6 months'

With Klarna 'part payment 6 months', you have the option to split up and pay within 6 months. Please note that an interest rate of 18.9% is added with this payment option. Please see Klarna's terms of purchase .

Can I pay by card?

Yes, you can pay with Visa card and Mastercard.

Frames

General information

Rammene er enkle å åpne på baksiden og de har metallhengere som sørger for at de lett kan henges opp på veggen både vannrett og loddrett. Våre gullrammer har en glansfull og skinnende flate. Trerammene har en veldig unik look og følelse. Alle våre rammer har klare akrylglass som betyr at de veier mindre og at det ikke er noen risk for glasskår hvis rammen faller i bakken. Akrylglasset er beskyttet med plastfilm på begge sider for å gi en feilfri finish, samt den samme følelsen som da du fjerner plastbeskyttelsen fra en splitter ny mobiltelefon. Akrylglass har de samme reflekterende egenskapene som glass.

Hvilke størrelser tilbyr dere i rammer?

Vi tilbyr stilrene bilderammer i størrelsene 13x18 cm, 21x30 cm (A4), 30x40 cm, 50x50 cm, 50x70 cm and 70x100 cm.

PLAKATER

Hvilken type papirkvalitet bruker dere?

Plakatene er lokalt trykket av Sveriges mest anerkjente trykkeri. De er tildelt Svanen, som er den Norden offisielle miljømerking. De er også autorisert av FSC og PEFC. Vi søkte i lang tid etter det beste papiret og ble til slutt forelsket i Munken Kristall, et premium designpapir, som sørger for den perfekte kvaliteten for oss. Det er et matt papir uten refleksjon/glans og har en totalvekt på 200g/m2. Dette gir papiret en eksklusiv følelse. Papiret reproduserer også fantastiske farger og bilder. Autorisasjonen fra FSC og PEFC ser til at treet som brukes for våre plakater kommer fra ansvarlig håndterte skoger som møter de høyeste sosial- og miljøstandarene.

Er en ramme inkludert i prisen for plakaten?

Nei, vi selger plakater og rammer separat. Rammen er ikke inkludert i prisen for plakaten. Rammen må kjøpes separat. I vår nettbutikk kan du velge rammer i forskjellige typer og størrelser.

På plattformen finner du de forskjellige oppdragene du kan søke på. Et oppdrag vil vanligvis innebære å dele innhold mot at du får en belønning.

Når får du beskjed om at en søknad er vurdert?

Vi har som mål å svare på alle søknader innen tre virkedager, og du varsles så snart vi har vurdert søknaden din.
